Labor Advisory Services

• Advice local and multinational companies on labor matters arising from corporate transactions, including the drafting of labor law, social security and occupational risk prevention due diligence reports, as well as establishing representations and warranties in sale and purchase agreements.
• Ongoing legal support to companies, senior executives and key employees in regular labor matters, such as hiring, dismissals, disciplinary actions and daily assessment, as well as in critical organizational or personnel issues.

Corporate Policies and Programs

• Design compensation, remuneration and benefit programs, as well as post contractual non-compete agreements.
• Implement codes of conduct, internal policies, anti-harassment protocols, whistleblowing channels, equality plans, remote work policies, workday registration and work-life balance measures.

Hiring and International Relations

• Advice on ordinary employment contracts and senior management agreements, commercial contracts for self-employees or board members, service agreements, dismissal letters, termination agreements, warning letters and other labor-related legal documents.
• Manage international employee assignments and expatriation of employees and executives.

Training and Collective Bargaining

• Implement internal training courses on labor law and compliance.
• Collective bargaining with trade unions and workers’ representatives.

Labor Health and Safety and Social Security

• Supervise activities related to labor relations, including the implementation and enforcement of occupational health and safety measures and compliance with social security regulations.

Restructuring and Labor Proceedings

• Assist with workforce restructuring, collective modifications of labor conditions, temporary layoff procedures (ERTE) and collective dismissals.
• Legal representation in administrative and judicial proceedings in labor and social security matters.

Labor Data Protection

• Advice on data protection for employees and candidates, including drafting data protection policies, managing data subject access requests and preparing response plans for potential breaches.
