Labor Advisory Services
  • • Advice local and multinational companies on labor matters arising from corporate transactions, including the drafting of labor law, social security and occupational risk prevention due diligence reports, as well as establishing representations and warranties in sale and purchase agreements.
    • Ongoing legal support to companies, senior executives and key employees in regular labor matters, such as hiring, dismissals, disciplinary actions and daily assessment, as well as in critical organizational or personnel issues.
Corporate Policies and Programs
  • • Design compensation, remuneration and benefit programs, as well as post contractual non-compete agreements.
    • Implement codes of conduct, internal policies, anti-harassment protocols, whistleblowing channels, equality plans, remote work policies, workday registration and work-life balance measures.
Hiring and International Relations
  • • Advice on ordinary employment contracts and senior management agreements, commercial contracts for self-employees or board members, service agreements, dismissal letters, termination agreements, warning letters and other labor-related legal documents.
